Network and partners
AD Legal regularly works with a network of lawyers specializing in matters related to those practiced by the firm: corporate / M&A, intellectual property law, public law, banking law, real estate law, etc.
In tax matters, the firm works closely with Sophie Dorin.
The firm also works closely with law firms located in other countries in Europe, the United States and Asia, which it mobilizes to work on cases involving more than one jurisdiction, for example in the case of multi-jurisdictional merger notifications.
The firm also has a network of other professionals (economists, consultants, translators, bailiffs, etc.) carefully selected and likely to intervene in cross-cutting cases or those requiring particular technical expertise.
The firm's partners share our values and our way of working: they are available, responsive and efficient. We are thus able to respond to all your legal and operational issues with the support of our network, while acting as a one-stop shop.
Recruiting
AD Legal recruits throughout the year trainees registered at the bar school and associates with a specialization in competition law, economic law and/or compliance, fluent in English and willing to work on high added value cases.
